At Vezenev, we’re dedicated to ensuring every order from vezenev.com arrives promptly, securely, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how VEZENEV SHOP LLC manages order processing, shipping, and delivery for all online purchases.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed so you’ll always know when your order is on the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers to provide fast and reliable delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on distance, weather, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Coverage
Vezenev proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning once the carrier takes possession of your package, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed, please:

  1. Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number for the most accurate delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@vezenev.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist as best we can.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our support team will gladly guide you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you immediately. You may then choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, some products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
